Yersinia enterocolitica et pseudotuberculosis

• Cotrimoxazole PO : SMX 30 mg/kg/j + TMP 6 mg/kg/j en 2 prises par jour pendant 5 jours

OU

• Ciprofloxacine : 20-30 mg/kg en 2 fois par jour (max 1500mg/j), pendant 5 jours
• Doxycycline PO : 4 mg/kg/j en 2 prises par jour (max 200 mg/j) pendant 5 jours

Si forme sévère :

• Ceftriaxone : IV 50 mg/kg/j en 1 fois par jour (max 2 g/j) pdt 5 à 7 jours

ET

• Gentamicine IV 5 mg/kg en 1 fois par jour pendant 1 à 3 jours maximum
